In many stories The Black Knight is an unhonorable man. Who takes the shields of knights who lost to him in battle. He protects a bridge that leads to a castle near the bridge there is a tree filled with shields of more noble knights who weren’t as good of fighters. In this tale king Arthur is only able to kill The Black Knight when he gets Excalibur which can cut threw any armor.
